Somatic Experiencing: SE resolves symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. When we are stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, SE helps us release, recover, and become more resilient.

Private Yoga classes uniquely for you! I am a private yoga instructor and create individualized yoga lessons that are unique depending on your goals or yoga style. Styles that I can teach are Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, meditations, and Pranayamas (breathing exercises).
