Private Yoga classes uniquely for you! I am a private yoga instructor and create individualized yoga lessons that are unique depending on your goals or needs. Styles that I can teach are Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, meditations, and Pranayamas (breathing exercises). Sessions are tailored to your needs—whether you’re looking to build stamina and flexibility to progress in your yoga practice, working through an injury or illness, or starting from square one. If you are unsure of what type of yoga you are interested in I specialize in helping you discover what works best for you.
Tune in to your body and try modifications. Work out a routine you can confidently practice at home. Set a goal for progress and work toward it steadily. Be challenged. Be nurtured.
