YOGA & MEDITATION

National Flower

Yoga and meditation are not about achieving a perfect pose or pushing your body past its limits. In this space, they are used as gentle, accessible tools to help you reconnect with your body, settle your nervous system, and develop greater awareness of what you need—moment to moment.

Sessions are personalized and paced with care. We move slowly, with attention to choice, comfort, and safety. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks, modify movements, or simply rest. Nothing is forced, and there is no expectation to perform.

This work is especially supportive if you:

• feel disconnected from your body

• experience chronic stress, anxiety, or overwhelm

• want to build more regulation and resilience

• are recovering from injury, illness, or long-term tension

• are curious about embodied practices but unsure where to start

Practices may include gentle movement, breath awareness, guided meditation, and restorative postures. The emphasis is on helping your system feel more settled, supported, and resourced—rather than “doing more” or pushing harder.

Yoga and meditation sessions can stand on their own or be thoughtfully integrated into somatic experiencing work. When combined, they support nervous system regulation, increase body awareness, and help reinforce skills that can be used in daily life.

Whether you are new to these practices or returning to them in a different way, sessions are shaped around your individual goals, needs, and capacity. We work at your pace, honoring where you are and supporting sustainable change over time.
